BIC Contracting LLC operating as Al Habtoor Leighton LLC, is responsible of the Main Construction Works for Fakeeh Academic Medical Center at Silicon Oasis, Dubai.
The scope of works for the contract comprises the construction, handing over, and maintenance of Construction works package (structural and civil works, MEP installations, landscaping works, fixed FFE and medical equipment) of the Fakeeh Academic Medical Center (B02 + B01 + G + 4 Typical + service floor) on plot no. 15-006 at the integrated Free Zone Park in at Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The first phase of the project includes the building of the Hospital. The scope of the works includes the structural works, the architectural and civil works, the mechanical & plumbing works, the electrical works, the installation of fixed furniture and medical equipment, the final testing, commissioning and cleaning.
The scope also includes the waterproofing of the underground structures, as well as the waterproofing of the slabs and roofs open to the rain; the landscaping, the signage and the way-finding.
All the construction works will be performed in order to achieve the LEED Silver Certificate.
