Habtoor Leighton Group was responsible for the construction of the Gary Player Academy and associated operational buildings for the Saadiyat Beach Golf Course.
The project involved the construction of:
A 3,000 square metre 5-Star Golf Academy
A 1,400 square metre Golf Course Maintenance facility
Two Comfort Stations
An Electrical Substation
The Golf Academy was completed in January 2010, ahead of the completion of the Saadiyat Beach Golf Course.
