JAFZA office towers, convention centre and hotel complex is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of Dubai Free Zone, and in proximity of Al-Maktoum International Airport.
JAFZA Convention Centre Phase 1 was awarded to BIC Contracting LLC in 2007 and was earmarked to become one of the UAE’s landmark structures. Following of the award of Phase 2 to BIC Contracting in 2013, BIC Contracting was also awarded Phase 3 in 2014.
Phase 3 comprises the complete fit-out and MEP works of the 36-storey linked twin office towers, a convention center with a 600-seater state-of-art auditorium, a 1,000sqm banquet hall, 22 meeting and conference rooms, world-class restaurants, a 22-outlet food court and retail area, an executive health club, a 2,200sqm business center and 4,000 parking bays, spread over 4 levels.
BICC’s scope of works, spread across the 72,700sqm site, includes high standard fit-out and interior design works, all associated MEP trades, hard and soft landscaping, unique water features and fountains, parking spaces, access roads from Sheikh Zayed Road, as well as all associated infrastructure works and utilities.
